This video shows the final step in the process of drying okara, where you grind it up to a granular powder.

NOTE:

I was a little off in the placement of my camera .... while you'll get a good view of what the okara looks like, the grinding pretty much happened off camera.  But you'll get the idea.   I'll upload a better video with the next round of okara drying!
